Eternal Elder Care is a doctor-led old-age home in Hyderabad, Telangana, founded and led by Dr. Uday Kiran, MBBS, MD (Psychiatry). Because a doctor leads our home, we want to be especially clear about what this website is, and what it is not. Please read this page carefully.
General information only
Everything on this website is general information about elder care and about our home. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
For any question about a person's health, medicines or treatment, please speak to a qualified doctor who can examine them.
No doctor-patient relationship
Reading this website, or submitting an enquiry through it, does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Uday Kiran or with any member of our team.
A doctor-patient relationship with our physicians begins only through the assessment and admission process at our facility.
Care plans follow an in-person assessment
We never plan a person's care from a website form. Care plans at Eternal Elder Care are prepared only after an in-person assessment of the prospective resident by our qualified staff.
What you read on the website may help you understand our approach, but only an assessment can tell us what a particular person truly needs.
In an emergency, call 108
If someone is in a medical emergency, call 108 immediately. This is the emergency ambulance number in Telangana.
Never rely on this website or its enquiry form for anything urgent. The form is not watched around the clock, and a reply may take time. In an emergency, every minute matters, so please call 108 first.
No promise of outcomes
Every elderly person is different, and health outcomes vary from person to person. Nothing on this website promises or guarantees any health outcome, recovery or cure.
What we can promise is honest, attentive care, planned by qualified people after meeting your loved one in person.
About the conditions we describe
The website describes some conditions and situations, such as dementia, reduced mobility and post-operative recovery. These descriptions are for general awareness only.
They are simplified, and they cannot capture how a condition affects a particular person. Please do not use them to diagnose, rule out or manage any condition. A qualified doctor should always be your guide.
The national elder helpline
If an elderly person needs guidance, emotional support or help with their rights and welfare, the national elder helpline 14567 is free and open to all senior citizens in India.
